Hey look, it’s me! ::waves:: I guess this is where I write something pithy and amusing about myself, the voice of the Nerdette. So…yeah…

Okay, I’m a geek. I love science fiction, in all it’s forms. I have a bordering on unhealthy love for pulpy, cheesetastic fiction. I’m an aspiring writer (one day I’ll even finish my novel!), an artist plagued with self-doubt and a crafting fool.
When I’m not embroidering a TARDIS or making Star Trek themed food, I can usually be found at the barn (yes, some nerds do go outside), where I work as a therapeutic riding instructor with troubled children.
The Nerdette is where I get to share the things I like, things I’m working on, things that make me laugh, and the occasional cat picture (because I’m pretty sure you lose your internet license if you don’t include cat pictures). Oh and Doctor Who, lots of it.
