One of my favorite websites to check out on a weekly basis is 20×200. They feature two new prints every week–one photo and one artwork, and offer limited edition runs for very reasonable prices (the titular 200 8×10 prints for $20, plus other price points like 11×14 for $50, etc.) 20×200 is a great example of one of the truly awesome aspects of the internet–bringing independent artists and people who like to buy art together.
