It’s no secret that I am just a teensy, tiny bit excited about The Walking Dead TV series coming to AMC this fall. In fact, if someone handed me a time machine right now, I just might make a trip to this October my very first stop, so that I can see the show right now. So, come on science, get cracking on that time machine already!
Anyway, until October or the invention of a time machine, at least AMC has been releasing cool little behind the scenes videos like the one below, showing how they transformed an actress into a zombie straight from the pages of the comic. Even if you have no interest in The Walking Dead or zombies, the video is worth watching just to appreciate the sheer artistry of Greg Nicotero and his team. Plus the time lapse montage set to uptempo big band music is oddly hilarious….
